Download this file
CNSetup.exe once you click the link tell it to open the file instead of saving
it.
Step 2
Select the Dialup Number
you wish to connect with. You will want to select a number that is considered a
local number. (Figure 1.2)

Note: If you do choose a number that is considered to be long distance from
your calling area the connection will not work. You MUST choose a number from
your local calling area in order to connect through City Nets.
Step 3
Click on the OK button.

Step 4
Enter your Full Name,
Username, and Password into the appropriate boxes and then press the OK button.

Step 5
You should now have
successfully completed running the CNSetup program and are ready to connect to
the internet.
