 Click on this link
http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html.

Once the web page has
loaded scroll down until you see the heading “Spybot Search & Destroy” and click
on “Download Here”. Then click on the link "BN FileForum" and click on
"Download Here" (Figure 1.1)
Note: If this link does not work, then you can choose a different one from
below this heading to download the Spybot S&D program from.

You should now be at
BN FileForum, where there should be a link that says “Download Now”. Click on

A new window will be
brought up. Click on the button labeled “Save to Disk”, then click on the OK

Once the download is
completed, double click on the downloaded program icon. (This will be located on
your hard drive where you chose to save to.)

After Spybot has updated, you can scan
your system clicking on "Search & Destroy" then clicking on "Check for problems"

If any problems are found they will be
listed in the bottom box. Click Fix selected problems to continue (Figure 1.12)

Click on the Yes

You are now finished
running Spybot for the first time and can close the program.
Note: You will want to click on the Check For Updates Now button each
time you run the program following the first run. This is outlined below.
Run the program.
Once at the opening screen click on the Update button in
the lower right corner. (Figure Ex. 1)

Now click on the
Search for updates button. (Figure Ex. 2)
Note: You MUST be connected to the internet in order to update the Spybot
program.
If the program finds
any updates to download, select to download them and then click on the Download
Updates button
once this is finished.
